If the Department for Culture, Media and Sport is to be broken up I would like to see the culture portfolio go to the Department for Environment Food & Rural Affairs - this would help to heal the disconnect between metropolitan areas and the rural shires. It would encourage a one-nation cultural outlook. Plus "the environment" is arguably a cultural construct, as is "food", so it should be a good fit.
