Isn't it time that texting was banned in the House of Commons chamber? We do not pay MPs to idle their time away when they are supposed to be concentrating. If we are to have a social media integrated into the legislature what do we need MPs for anyway - we might as well all have the ability to log-on to a virtual parliament and vote directly on the business of the day.
