On Saturday the Guardian published a short story by Hilary Mantel which imagined the assassination of Margaret Thatcher: http://www.theguardian.com/books/2014/sep/19/hilary-mantel-short-story-assassination-margaret-thatcher
Is the Guardian happy to publish a work of fiction which fantasises about violence against women?
Also note that in an accompanying article Hilary Mantel uses the phrase 'psychological transvestite' as a term of abuse. Presumably she does not think that transvestite people (psychological or otherwise) should be political leaders. Does the "Cis" community have anything to say to Hilary Mantel about her bigoted use of the term 'psychological transvestite' ?
