On BBC Radio 4's PM this afternoon Camilla Batmanghelidjh, founder of Kids Company and The Place2Be, criticised any suggestion of positive discrimination by ethnicity.
Presumably she also supports repeal of the Public Sector Equality Duty which despite the weasel words in which it has been framed is a covert way the last Labour government made positive discrimination by ethnicity a legal requirement in the public sector and for all organisations which receive taxpayers' money.
