Very disturbing report on Channel 4 News that a Metropolitan police officer was threatening to "topple the Tory government".

What are the wider implications of this?

Note the use of the word Tory.

This is not just some big-mouth bragging the can topple governments.

This is someone specifically targetting Tories.

Why?

Who is behind this, and what are their motives?

Was the whole plebgate incident planned?
