On the Andrew Marr Show this morning Shadow Deputy Prime Minister Harriet Harman questioned whether the Conservatives will be able to find £8 billion extra spending for the NHS.
The Conservative economic track record over the last five years PROVES that they are able to find extra money (running into many billions) when necessary.
