On the subject of reforming the constitution so that we have English votes for English laws, we also need to end the right of non-citizens voting in our elections just because they come from a Commonwealth country. The British Empire is long gone. It is time to end this anomaly (which in places like Tower Hamlets can lead to serious abuse).
If you are not a citizen of the United Kingdom you cannot vote in United Kingdom elections.
