If British values mean anything, they must include a commitment to democracy.
Democracy means STOP DOING THINGS TO THE MAJORITY THEY DO NOT WANT and start doing things they DO want.
The vast majority of people in this country do not want mass immigration.
They have never wanted it in every post-war test of opinion.
Therefore any "patriotism" advanced by Lisa Nandy (and her party) that includes a commitment to immigration or to the multiculturalism that has resulted from immigration is false.
A society built on an injustice cannot stand.
No-one can feel proud or patriotic about a country in which the majority of the people have been ignored in such a fundamental way.
Lisa Nandy and her party cannot admit this, even to themselves.
Which is why they are going to lose on May 7th.
