In Prime Minister's Questions we have had two questions now (both from women MPs as it happens, one asking about Job Centre Plus, one asking about cancer waiting times) where the person asking the question has been giggling and grinning,

We all know that a large percentage of questions are placed by the party managers, but do they need to make it so obvious?

Is this not showing contempt towards the electorate?
