Will the Labour Party apologise for creating the night-time economy?

In the tendentious article by Nazir Afzal (Crime Prosecution Service) on the Rotherham rape gangs he made one interesting comment:  “(the) night-time economy is a factor in terms of this type of on-street grooming.”

Will the Labour Party apologise for creating the night-time economy?  It has not led to a European café-style culture.  It has led to alcoholism, anti-social crimes and gangs of Pakistani taxi drivers raping children.

Perhaps it is no co-incidence that the crimes in Rotherham date from 1997.
