Odd Twitter conversation between Dr Eoin Clarke and Andrew Gwynne MP.
They are talking about social housing, and the word "vagabond" is used by Dr Clarke, with Andrew Gwynne seemingly complicit in the distinction between "salt of the earth" people and "vagabond" people.
What is going on here?
Perhaps Owen Jones could give a ruling on whether "vagabond" in this context represents chav-hate.
Dr Clarke is a proponent of what he calls ethical housing: http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/eoin-barry-clarke/the-road-map-to-ethical-h_b_912945.html
